Preserving tradition from 1957 Earthist taucu is handcrafted by third-generation artisans. After the first draw of soy sauce is extracted and with efforts in mind to reduce waste yet deliver quality product, the remaining soybeans are not discarded but transformed into a rich taucu paste. This batch of taucu paste is fermented using small pottery urn and is already more than 9 months that’s why the appearance may be a little darker, but with umami and pleasant fragrance! This minced bean paste is a flavorful versatile condiment for stir fires, soup and marinades.
