Root Plus Lotus Root Mee Sua is made using organic lotus root that has been growing without chemical and fertilizers for more than 10 years. The noodles are handmade and sun dried in traditionally as well. Lotus root oxidize naturally with times, hence bits of brown spot found on the noodles are originate from the lotus root. The combination of lotus root and flour provide the unique texture and softness of the noodles, suitable for stir dry or soup noodles.
