Recipe for Kam Heong “Golden Fragrance” Tofu Ingredients Sha Da Bao Kam Heong Hot Paste – 2 tbsp Tomato paste – 2 tbsp Beancurd/ tofu – 5 pieces Cane sugar Soy Sauce Ginger – 5 slices Curry leaves Lemongrass – 2 stalks, crushed Light toasted white sesame Cooking method Stir fry ginger slices, crushed lemongrass, curry leaves until fragrant Add tomato paste and Sha Da Bao Kam Heong Hot Paste. Add cane sugar for seasoning Add beancurd or tofu and some soy sauce, stir fry evenly. Sprinkle with some white sesame and serve.
