To obtain this odourless oil, a steam deodorization process is undergone. The steam naturally captures aromas, neutralising the odour while preserving the quality of the oil. No chemical refining Unlike typical cooking oil that uses chemical refining, Emile Noel uses mechanical or physical refining method (steam, vacuum, filtration), which is safe, organic certification approved, and also will not alter the structure of the oil.
