Description Description: When the fresh coconuts are cold-pressed for their oil, the coconut meat is gently dried and finely ground. You can use it as an alternative to almond flour and as a partial replacement for wheat flour when baking. Replace a maximum of 20% of the flour with coconut flour and remember to add extra liquid and possibly increase the amount of eggs when baking bread and cakes.
