Description Description: Blue poppy seeds are small edible seeds that come from the poppy flower. Poppy seeds are used as a sprinkle and flavouring for bread. Many rolls, in particular, are characterized by the blue poppy seeds on top. Organic blue poppy seeds can also be used on salads or on a piece of fish.
