Description Description: Arrowroot is a tropical plant. Starch is extracted from the rhizomes and used as a thickening agent in foods. Instructions for use and precautions: Starch/thickening agent for soups, sauces, jams and desserts. Use 1 tbsp of arrowroot per 250 ml liquid. Dissolve arrowroot in a small amount cold water and stir this with the liquid. Warm up to the boiling point and remove from the heat immediately.
